Case studies

Case studies

One page per job, written the same way each time: what we found, what we did, what the owner holds now, and what the numbers say. Where there are no numbers yet, the page says so.

Every case study on this page has the same five sections, in the same order. What we found: the state of the site, the domain, the hosting, the email records and the Google Business Profile on the day we started, and who held each one. What we did: the work, step by step, including the parts that were routine. What the owner holds now: the list of accounts in the owner's name at the end of the job, which is the point of the job. What the numbers say: the Search Console reading, once there is one. What we would tell another owner: the one thing from the job that carries over to someone in the same position.

The numbers section says "nothing yet" on a new job on purpose. A site that moved in August cannot show a usable search reading in September, because the first weeks after a migration measure the move itself: old addresses being redirected, new ones being indexed, a profile being re-verified. We wait ninety days, then publish what Search Console shows, whatever it shows. A page that reported a number sooner would be reporting noise.

Client names appear here only with the client's written permission. The case studies below are one paying client and our own site, which went through the same process first.
