One-time work

Tune-Up

$3,000, one time. Your existing site rewritten page by page, your Google Business Profile cleaned up, and your listings corrected across the sites engines read. You keep your platform. Nothing moves.

The Tune-Up is for an owner whose site is fine to keep but wrong in the details: titles that say "Home", a phone number that changed two years ago, a Business Profile with the wrong category, three directories with the old address. Engines read those details and decide you are not a safe answer.

Part one: the website

Every page in the sitemap, by hand.

  • Titles and descriptions rewritten so each page says what it is and where. No two pages with the same text.
  • Headings put in order: one main heading per page, sections that match what people actually ask.
  • Page copy tightened so the fact an engine would quote sits in the first screen: your license number, your service area, your price if you publish one, your years in the trade.
  • Structured data generated from one source of truth so the name, address, and phone in the markup are identical to the name, address, and phone on the page. One block per page, validated.
  • Search Console and Analytics installed in accounts you own, if they are not already. Then we confirm the site is switched on for AI features in Search, which is a setting most owners have never seen.
  • Redirects and indexing checked: pages that 404, pages Google has never seen, pages that fight each other for the same search.

Part two: the Google Business Profile

  • Duplicate profiles found and merged or removed.
  • Primary and secondary categories set to the ones your competitors who rank actually use.
  • Service area set by named places, not a radius, within Google's limits.
  • Services listed with descriptions. Hours, holiday hours, attributes.
  • Photos: we tell you which ones to take. Real jobs, real trucks, real people.
  • Every unanswered review answered in your voice, with your approval.

Part three: listings

The directories and data aggregators that engines and map apps pull from: Google, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, your trade's own directories, and the aggregators that feed the rest. Name, address, and phone made identical everywhere. Old addresses retired. Wrong phone numbers removed.

What the Tune-Up is not

It is not a rebuild. If your site is on a platform that will not let us edit titles, that regenerates page addresses when you rename a page, or that the vendor owns outright, we will tell you in the Snapshot, and the honest answer is the Full Rebuild. We do not do a Tune-Up on a site we know is going to be thrown away.

It is not a promise of position. Google publishes that meeting every requirement does not guarantee crawling, indexing, or serving. We make the site eligible and the facts correct. That is the part anyone controls.

What happens after

You get a written record of every change: the old value, the new value, the date. Titles and descriptions take days to weeks to show up in results. Profile edits take up to 48 hours. We check back at thirty days and send a one-page reading from Search Console. If you want the work maintained, the Maintain plan is $500 a month and starts after the Tune-Up, never before.

How long it takes

Three weeks for a site under thirty pages, from the day we have edit access. Access is in your accounts. We are added as a manager, never the owner.
