1. You get in touch
Use the form on the home page or email contact@geobros.ai. One of us reads what you send and replies in writing with what fits and what it costs. No discovery call. Every price is already on the site.
To start, we need your website address and the email on your Google Business Profile, so we can request view access. Then ten minutes on which services make you money.
2. The GEO Audit
Every job starts here. The GEO Audit is $500 and takes five business days from the day you send access. If your site is larger than most, we say so up front.
You get:
- A written report on your site, your Google Business Profile and your listings, ranked by how much damage each finding does.
- Paste-ready fixes for the small things: the exact title, the exact description, the exact line to correct on your profile.
- A quote for the larger things, tied to the packages on the pricing page.
- A dated record, with screenshots, of who ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Google's AI features name for your services in your town today.
- Thirty minutes on the phone to walk through it, if you want it.
The Audit fixes nothing and touches none of your accounts. The report is yours even if you never hire us. Buy any package within 30 days and the full $500 is credited toward it.
3. The quote, in writing
The Audit tells you what is wrong, what it costs to fix and what we would leave alone. The quote is for one of two packages.
Tune-Up, from $3,000. For a site that is fine to keep but wrong in the details. You keep your platform.
Full Rebuild or New Site, from $10,000. For owners with no website yet, owners whose site belongs to someone else and owners who want to leave their host.
The Audit tells you which fits, because some sites cannot be tuned. Some platforms will not let anyone set a title or a redirect. Some are owned outright by the vendor. On those we quote the rebuild. We do not do a Tune-Up on a site we know is going to be thrown away.
There is no contract. The work is quoted in writing and paid per the quote. Go ahead within 30 days and the Audit's $500 comes off.
4. The work
On a Tune-Up, the work takes two weeks or less from the day we have edit access. You keep your platform. We are added as a manager, never the owner. Every page gets a title and description that say what it is and where. Each page's structured data matches what the page says. Page copy stays in your words unless you want it changed.
Your profiles and listings come to you as a short checklist: where, what, the new value. You log in and make each change yourself, on Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp and the directories your trade uses.
On a Full Rebuild or New Site, ownership comes first. The hosting is bought in your account with your card. We confirm the domain is yours before anything is built.
Then we write the site by hand on a preview address, marked not to be indexed. You read every page there before it goes live. Every old address gets a tested redirect and every form gets submitted before cutover. With no site today, there is nothing to redirect.
At cutover we change only the records that point at the website. Most owners' email sits in the same DNS zone, so we check your mail records before and after, in writing.
5. Launch and handover
When the work is done, you hold the domain, the hosting, the site, your Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics, each in your name with your login. We stay on as a manager only if you keep us on Monthly support.
You also get a written record of every change: the old value, the new value, the date. Thirty days on, we read Search Console and send you a one-page report of what changed.
6. Monthly support, if you want it
Monthly support is $500 to $1,000 a month, depending on your site. It follows a Tune-Up or a Full Rebuild, because we do not maintain a site we have not audited.
Each month we keep your pages, titles and structured data in step with what Google and AI look for. We make your edits, run the updates and test the backups. Every quarter you get a one-page written plan.
You get the price in writing before the first month. No contract. Email us and support stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Who you talk to
Josh Goldberg and Patrick Colton. Both of us build websites. Josh built the site for his own agency, Insight Investigative Group. Patrick writes the code and runs the hosting for his own products.
Josh is in Bradenton, Florida. Patrick is outside Baltimore, Maryland. We meet clients in person along the Gulf Coast and work remotely for everyone else. More on the about page.
