From $10,000. A new site written by hand, on hosting bought in your name, with a redirect for every old address and a cutover that does not touch your email. Includes everything in the Tune-Up. When it is done, you own all of it.
Who this is for
Owners whose site belongs to someone else. That is more common than it sounds:
- A managed vendor built it, hosts it on their own platform, and the site does not survive closing the account.
- A website builder holds the pages, and renaming a page silently changes its address with no redirect.
- A former agency or a former employee has the only login.
- The site was built on a platform that cannot set a title, a canonical, or a redirect, so the Tune-Up has nothing to grip.
If any of those is you, patching the old site is money burned. We say so in the Snapshot and we do not sell you a Tune-Up first.
What you get
Hosting and domain in your name. We buy the hosting in your account with your card, and we confirm the domain registrar account is yours before anything else happens. If the domain is in someone else's name, that is the first job, and it is sometimes the only hard one.
A hand-written site. Every page written for the person who would actually call you, with the facts an engine can quote in the first screen: license, service area, what you charge if you publish it, how long you have done this. No template copy. No page generated to catch a search phrase.
A redirect map covering every old address. We crawl the old site before it goes dark and map each address to its new home. Nothing that ranked today returns a 404 tomorrow.
Structured data from one source. Name, address, phone, license, and hours defined once and written into every page, so the markup never disagrees with the page.
Tested forms. Every form on the new site submitted and received before cutover, with a fallback that still works if scripts are blocked.
A cutover that leaves your email alone. Most owners' email lives in the same DNS zone as the website. We change the records that point at the site and nothing else. We check your mail records before and after, in writing.
Everything in the Tune-Up. Business Profile cleanup, listings corrected, Search Console and Analytics in your accounts, AI features confirmed on.
Access handed over. At the end you hold the hosting login, the domain login, the site admin, Search Console, Analytics, and the Business Profile. We stay on as a manager only if you keep us on a plan.
How a rebuild runs
- Snapshot. The audit comes first. It tells us what ranks now and what must be redirected.
- Secure the assets. Domain, email, Business Profile, reviews. Confirmed yours before we build.
- Build on a preview address. The new site goes up on a temporary address, marked not to be indexed, so you can read every page before it is live.
- Redirect map and forms tested. On the preview, against the crawl of the old site.
- Cutover. DNS repointed, redirects verified live, forms re-tested on the real domain, indexing requested.
- Thirty days on. We read Search Console and send you a one-page report of what changed.
What it costs
From $10,000. A site with one location and a modest page count is usually at the bottom of that range. What moves the number: page count, locations, whether the domain has to be recovered from someone else, and whether the old site can be crawled at all before it goes dark. You get the number in writing after the Snapshot, and the Snapshot's $500 comes off it.
What we will not do
We will not promise a ranking, a lead count, or a revenue figure. We will not build a page for every town within an hour of you; Google calls that scaled content abuse and it is your domain that carries the penalty. We will not hold your logins. We will not register your domain in our name.
